- •IP address and device metadata
- •Browser type and version
- •Usage logs, session duration, referring pages

2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage user accounts.
- To facilitate quotation submissions, worker selection workflows, and site waste management processes.
- To verify or highlight worker qualifications where applicable.

We act as a data processor for WorkerProfile data where applicable and process such data strictly according to the Company User’s instructions, unless required otherwise by law.

We do not sell personal data. We may share personal data in the following limited circumstances:
With Service Providers
We use third-party vendors for hosting, analytics, authentication, secure payments, and communication. These providers process data under strict confidentiality obligations.
With Other Users (Inside the Platform Workflows)
Company Users may view WorkerProfiles, quotation details, and related workflow information as part of the services.
For Legal Compliance
We may disclose data when required to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requests, or court orders.
Business Transfers
If Acorns Consultancy Ltd undergoes a merger, acquisition or asset transfer, personal data may be included subject to appropriate safeguards.

Company Users may request deletion of certain WorkerProfiles or quotation records, subject to legal and operational constraints.
